YOGA
Whether you want to get a workout, some relaxation, or both, we have the class for you. Our yoga teachers are certified and experienced in giving both group and individual classes. We offer hatha yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, yin yoga, and more.
REIKI
Reiki is a form of energy healing. It promotes stress and anxiety reduction for today's busy lifestyle. Our trained and certified reiki experts will leave you feeling rejuvenated both spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Inquire about a private or group reiki session today. At Wild Hearts Healing Arts Center, we are on a mission to grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Each of our classes plays a part in doing just that. Whether that's something you want to do one on one, or with a group, we are happy to meet your individual wishes. We have been practicing in the Hudson Valley for many years and are continuously expanding our certifications and trainings. We never stop learning.
